Loan denials
Being turned down for a loan is purely due to failures of meeting certain criteria.
We will never advise pulling credit without analyzing each scenario to avoid wasting time and money.
Licensure
Our residential broker licensure is through Glory Mortgage LLC.
We are not a lender or a depository.
Company Policy
Rates are not final until they are “locked”. Rate locking requires a percentage that will be added to the loan estimate upon doing so. This is a case to case basis, depending on time, duration of lock period, and the rate being locked.
We reserve the right to amend these policies from time to time.
